    Guide to Performing Transformer Test Using Instrument Module

    The instrument module is designed to serve as a user interface. The power capacity of these modules is the same as that of the device, with the difference that by performing the wiring only once, you can perform all the corresponding room tests in a much shorter time and with a much lower wiring error rate.

    Begin by mounting the Base Module onto the front panel of the device. Ensure that the male banana connector of the Base Module is inserted into the designated recess.

    Insert three 18650 lithium-ion batteries, each with a voltage of 4.2V and a capacity of 2000mAh, into the battery compartment. Follow the indicated orientation, with the first battery inserted on the right side and the third battery inserted on the left side.

    Secure the CT Module onto the Base Module. Ensure proper alignment and firmly tighten the three mounting screws.

    Activate the device by turning on the power switch. Observe the four battery charge indicators on the device. Each indicator represents 25% of the corresponding battery's charge level.

    During the battery charging process, the corresponding indicator lights will blink in accordance with the battery charge level. Once the batteries are fully charged, all indicator lights will blink simultaneously.

    Warning:Avoid Module Usage During Charging: Refrain from using the module for testing purposes while the batteries are being charged. The primary purpose of incorporating batteries into the module is to isolate the module's power supply from the device's power supply and eliminate noise interference.

    Essential Considerations:

    1.  Ensure that the eye sensor of the Base Module is precisely aligned with the Error LED on the device.

    2.  Upon initial installation of batteries onto the module, even if the batteries are fully charged, connect the charger to the module once to activate the module due to the defined protection protocol.

    For the calibration procedure access Calibration Settings launch the software and navigate to the Settings window from the Start page. Within the Hardware tab, click the "Calibration Instrument Apply" button. The calibration process will commence and take approximately 5 seconds to complete.

    Switch to the Transformer room and set the Type Device parameter to 205 AMT. In the TR 205 Ver01 section, activate both the Easy Mode and Accessories options.

    Module Calibration Considerations: Module calibration is typically required only once. Recalibration is only necessary if the device or Base Module has been replaced.

    For the Capacitor Box Connections connect Cp 1 to the positive terminal of capacitor C1 in the capacitor box; connect Cp 2 to the positive terminal of capacitor C 2 in the capacitor box; connect Cp 3to the positive terminal of capacitor C3 in the capacitor box; jumper the three negative terminals (C1, C2, and C3) of the capacitor box and connect them to the CapCom.

    Module-to-Transformer Wiring Instructions: As for the Primary Side Connections establish connections between the module and the transformer based on the transformer's wiring configuration. For a transformer with an Dyn11 winding configuration, follow these connections:

    Connect H1 to U1; connect VH 1 to the opposite side of the clamp connected to phase 1 on the primary side of the transformer;

    connect H2 to V1; connect VH2 to the opposite side of the clamp connected to phase 2 on the primary side of the transformer;

    connect H3 to W1; connect VH3 to the opposite side of the clamp connected to phase 3 on the primary side of the transformer.

    Now for the secondary side connections:

    Connect X1 to u2; connect Vx 1to the opposite side of the clamp connected to phase 1 on the secondary side of the transformer;

    connect X2 to v2; connect Vx2 to the opposite side of the clamp connected to phase 2 on the secondary side of the transformer;

    connect X3 to w2; connect Vx3 to the opposite side of the clamp connected to phase 3 on the secondary side of the transformer;

    connect X0 to n2; connect Vx0 to the opposite side of the clamp connected to the neutral point on the secondary side of the transformer.

    Post-Wiring Instructions: Once the wiring is complete, proceed with the remaining test procedures without considering the previous wiring configurations.
