CT Test Wiring Guide Using the Instrument Module
Imported Content
The instrument module is designed as a user interface. The capacity of these modules is the same as the device, but with the difference that by performing the wiring once, you can perform all the related room tests in a much shorter time and with a much lower wiring error rate.
First, Install the Base module. Install the Base module on the front panel of the device so that the male banana of the Base module fits into the indicated section.
Then install three batteries with the specifications of 18650 lithium battery, 4.2 volts, 2000 milliampere hours, in order from right to left in the indicated state.
Place the corresponding module, which in this test is the CT module, on the Base module and then tighten the three screws of the CT module. Finally, turn on the module. Check the battery charge. You will see 4 squares that indicate the battery charge percentage, with each square indicating 25% of the battery charge.
When you connect the battery charger to the module, the corresponding square will start blinking according to the battery charge percentage. When the battery is fully charged, all the squares will start blinking.
Warning: Do not use the module to perform tests while the batteries are charging. The reason for using a battery on the module is to isolate the module power supply from the device power supply and eliminate noise.
Important notes:
• The eye sensor of the Base module must be completely placed on the Error light of the device.
• The first time the batteries are installed on the module, even if they are fully charged, due to the defined protection, the charger must be connected to the module once for the module to turn on.
Calibration:To perform the calibration, enter the Setting window from the software start page.In the Hardware tab, click Apply Calibration Instrument and after 5 seconds the calibration will be completed.
CT Room Settings: Enter the CT room and set the Type Device to 205AMT. In the Accessories section, set Version Mode Esay to 01Ver_205_CT.
Note: Module calibration is only required once and should only be performed if the device or base module has been replaced.
Wiring: Connect 1Cp to the positive terminal of the capacitor box. Connect CapCom to the negative terminal of the capacitor box. Connect 1Vs to 1S of the CT. Connect 1S to 1S of the CT. Connect 2Vs to 2S of the CT. Connect 2S to 2S of the CT. Finally, connect 1Vp to 2Vp of the module after passing through the CT.
After completing the wiring, perform the remaining steps of the test without considering the old wiring.
